I ordered flowers to be in my friend's Stanford hospital room when he got back from surgery. First of all , I asked for something special in the bouquet instead of the regular one posted. You obliged. Then there was difficulty delivering it to the hospital, because a room had not been assigned, so they said they couldn't accept the bouquet without a room listed. I was informed about all of this via telephone or email. You kept on it, and finally got it delivered, so it was there for him when he got to the room. Made him very happy! I am certainly pleased with the service, and will order from you again when I have the opportunity.

I am very pleased with avas customer service. I needed it delivered for my moms 60th bday in another state at Olive Garden. They should up on time and when my mom saw them and read the note, my sister said she cried. So overall it was a good experience. My only thing was that the bouquet was smaller than i thought it would be, so a little disappointed in that for the money i paid. I would buy again when needed.
