This was my second time ordering from Avas. While I have not personally been able to see the floral arrangements, I have been told they were beautiful. This most recent order for my mom's birthday went very smoothly. Easy to order. Same day delivery. She was very surprised and pleased when she received the flowers. I will definitely order from you again!

I was told that the peace lily was lovely and larger than expected. I appreciate that I was given a discount toward the unexpected handling charges that were added on after I accepted payment. i was on a budget at it helped.

While the recipient enjoyed the flowers, I was a little upset that I paid extra money to have the flowers delivered the same day and they were not delivered until the following day. When I requested money off to compensate for the late delivery I was told that wasn't possible. I think it's a bit of false advertising to say they will arrive the same day and they do not. Especially when I placed the order so early in the day.
