The man, who took my order,Michael, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The flowers were delivered within an hour of my placing the order and in the picture my daughter sent to me the arrangement appeared beautiful. Thank you for the quick delivery, within a half hour of placing my order! My sister sent me a picture, I was surprised at what a beautiful arrangement it is as I used to order, years ago, with 1-800-flowers and had been 'taken' many times with the most ridiculously small arrangements ~ I picked the 'right' florist from those in my sister's area! Thank you for making my sister happy with her arrangement and me for your outstanding customer service!
