I spent a week trying to get a Christmas floral delivery for my friend, they called with problems 5 times and were unable to deliver the product I bought on 4 different days they said they would deliver the replacement product. I cancelled with them, went to your website after hours, placed my order, it was delivered the next day. Exactly what I ordered, exactly when I asked for delivery. WONDERFUL! Thank you so much.

My daughter received the basket a couple of hours after ordering, she loved all the items, the basket was very attractive, she has not felt like eating much and wanted snacks that are not available at the hospice house, this really made her day!

As usual bouquet was as advertised, matched on-line photo. Have used Avas several times in recent years--always well done including delivery as scheduled. Most importantly, recipient very impressed with quality of bouquet. Obviously, will continue to use Avas in the future. As this was partly an apology gift, it was important to be impressive--and it was (the mixed color roses bouquet).
