I live out of town and placed my order by phone in the morning after checking out the website, and a few others in the Weirton area. The associate I spoke with was pleasant, and took my information without delay. I ordered an arrangement based on price - I didn't have a particular item in mind. The flowers arrived the same day around 4:00 pm, and those receivng them related how nice they were. I was impressed with the level of client contact - I was provided my complete order by email, along with notice of delivery, and information about this business and promotional offerings available to me. Prices were reasonable. I was very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use Ava's again!

My friend was extremely impressed with the flowers she received from the order I placed with Avas and therefore I was impressed by not only your service but the product you delivered...all on line and not having the advantage of picking out the selection in person. Thanks for standing by your word about what you would and could do, and that the flowers and arrangement would be beautiful.
