I ordered flowers for my daughter for her BD on Jan. 4th. I had them delivered on Dec. 29th so she could enjoy them before she had to leave on a business trip. She called and was delighted and told me she was going to store them in her refrigerator while she was away. She called me when she returned and was delighted to report that her flowers were still beautiful and was very happy with the freshness of your flowers. Thank you for making her BD special.

What a wonderful experience I had with the first operator, "Joe", who listened carefully as I explained this needed to be a same-day delivery to my old college friend in Mukelteo,Wa for his 66th birthday. My friend has been in poor health, and since we had not actually seen each other for more than 25 years, this needed to be SPECIAL. And did I get my wish??? I received 3 calls from different operators that told me it would probably be the next day, as the delivery time of day was afternoon. When I again explained the special nature of my order, I received another call stating that they indeed would deliver my order on 3/18. The next call I received was from my friend. Bob, in Mukilteo who had just received his surprise birthday gifts from Barbara's Florist, an AVAS florist who delivered the Peace Lily, the Large Box of Chocolates, a basket of fruit and last but not least a balloon bouqet! Thank you AVAS employees for your caring touch, your willingness to listen and most of all for caring about the order to my friend.
