Customer service was super helpful, I was worried the flowers wouldn't be delivered in time, but I know it was valentines day. Flowers showed up early afternoon and were absolutely beautiful!!

Hi there, First, I love the ease of the site - it's really easy for me to navigate and use. Second, the flowers that I ordered for this specific order, I feel, were not up to par considering the price I paid. I wanted more fullness with a few extra flowers and, upon reviewing the photograph of them I received from the recipient, the bulk of this order were leaves and other filler greens. To say the least, as it pertains to my satisfaction in the quality of this particular product, I'm not satisfied. Other than that, I will continue to use the site. Warm regards, Stanley Shavers
