Very pleased with my experience. I live in Pennsylvania and needed to send my best friend flowers for her birthday. I was a little worried but delivery was the time I specified which impressed me most. She sent me a picture and the flowers looked exactly as the picture on the website. The chocolates were a good brand. I will use Avas again!

I had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff when ordering flowers for my sister-in-law after her mother passed away. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and very polite and efficient. I had ordered the flowers on the day before the storm and knew that the flowers would likely not be delivered the next day due the weather conditions however I received both a text on my phone as well as a voice mail and email regarding and updates pertaining to the status of my delivery which was very impressive and appreciated. I have not spoken to my sister-In-law yet but trust that the flowers brightened her day. Overall, my experience was great and will consider ordering from Ava's flowers in the future.
