We live in NC and the flowers were for a Washington state delivery. On the date of delivery there was a small problem with the delivery attempt and the delivery person contacted me immediately; we quickly resolved the issue over the phone. The flowers were delivered on time and to the correct location. Our friends sent pictures and praises of the beautiful arrangement stating they were the prettiest they had ever seen. I would most definitely use your florist again and I thank you for making this sad time a little brighter. S. Osborne

The web site was very easy to use and it only took a couple of minutes to place my order. I was a little nervous as I hadn't used your site before and sometimes what is ordered when ordering flowers, isn't exactly what is expected. That said, my daughter was so very delighted with her flowers she has either thanked and or mentioned them at least 4 times in the last two days. Also, I ordered the flowers around 9:00 a.m. And they were delivered by 1:00 p.m. That is great service.
