The palm plant was not available and they quickly got in touch with me so that another plant could be selected. I was told that 10% of the bill would be returned to my credit card as a result of them not having the first selection. Both representatives that I talked with were courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help.

The theme was followed perfect. I would like to have seen the finished product. My daughter who attended the funeral sent me a photo of the finished product. To me the gold heart represented a heart of gold in the rose in midst of a group of soft clouds. Thanks
