The flowers were above my expectations. My girlfriend was very impressed by the arrangement. I also like the customer service and delivery service. The delivery was prompt and the customer service I received will definitely have me using the company again.

My order was for delivery on 8/29/16 for a surprise birthday balloon bouquet for my daughter's 40th birthday. She received them on aug. 22, which was not her birthday. With disappointment I did call the toll free number for problems with orders. With a bit of holding on the phone and quite a bit of explanation on what was wrong with the order, the company made it right with the great help of Dannia. Ava's agreed to deliver a new balloon bouquet on the right day of 8/29/16, at no extra charge. I think Avas flowers did the right thing. The surprise didn't happen but I felt compensation for the troubling mistake that occurred. I realize things happen, but the company did the right thing. I would order from Avas flowers again in the future because they were honest to make the order right. Thank you

Excellent describes everything from the time the phone was answered to the thank you from our niece. The flowers were gorgeous (we got a text picture within 10 min. of delivery). Ordering was easy and Hannibal described everything he would do. If you said you would do it - you did! Thank you for being my Virginia Beach florist.
