I was happy with the service, but disappointed at the size. I thought it would be larger.

Everything was fine. Polite person on phone taking order. Flowers arrived when they were suppose to. I didn't see them (of course), but Liz and Rob were happy, therefore, so am I. Was worried about the delivery. Didn't deliver on the day I requested, but when I called the customer service rep was nice. She said she called and left a message to make sure it got there and would call me back later. I never heard from her, but my friend said it made it.

I live in Texas but as far as I know everything went just as I had requested. The Mendenhall's stated the flower basket was very pretty. Thank you so much for getting it out so quickly. Mary Moss.
