I called Monday morning to place an order for that noon and the gentleman who I spoke with was very kind, polite and displayed excellent customer service skills. I was slightly panicked due to the late placement of my order and wanting to ensure it was received before the funeral service began but his calm and friendly demeanor over the phone helped calm any worries. This was my first time using Avas Flowers and ordering from out of town and if I'd have to do it again, you all would be my go to. - Thanks again!

The flowers were delivered on Fri which was fine as people were at the there were people at the church. Our flowers were the only ones there the only ones among all the poinsettias as this was a memorial service. Memorial service for my 93 year old aunt. They were beautiful and festive looking which is what I had wanted. My cousins lived the arrangement. Thanks Andrew for all his help. I'm noticing that text doesn't wrap around well in the space provided. Most people probably don't write as much as I did.
