Avas, Overall, my first time experience with your firm went well. My cousin wasn't home when you tried to deliver her flowers on the date I had requested. Then she stopped by your Yakima, WA affiliate to pick them up in person but they were busy preparing a second order for her and promised to deliver both arrangements by 2pm. They both arrived at 3:20pm yesterday. She was very pleased with the arrangement and sent me pix. Thank you, Barbara Matter Edmonds, WA
