We wished to send an expression of sympathy to friends in a small town in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. The ease of ordering, the professional interaction with the representative, the attention to detail and the obvious wish to make sure that the verbal message we wished to have included on the card was correct was very much appreciated. Flowers were delivered the same day, and our friends called upon their delivery to express how lovely the arrangement was, and how much the effort meant to them during this difficult time.
