The customer service rep was very helpful. The flowers were delivered as promised, and according to the recipient, were beautiful. We also received confirmation e-mails as to when the flowers were delivered. I would definitely use them again.

I was not able to see the arrangement in person but have been told they were beautiful. They were not on a stand but in a basket and went very well with the blanket on the casket. Thank you.

I was pleased with the service. I was able to add items to the order but had to call the customer service line and give my credit card information again without confirmation of my request. Three roses at $18 does not encourage me to customize future orders. I felt the price was already on the upper edge of my budget despite "discounts" and "special sale". Sometimes you just need to send flowers but the industry is quickly pricing me out of the market.
