Great service. Compassionate customer service agents. With all that was going on trying to order flowers for my mother, I didn't think the process through. I didn't even fathom that I would have to send a card ( which was optional). Being that it was for my mother.... I broke down. Like what are you final words to a parent? The person that I spoke with. Said a prayer for me she consoled me said she would continue to pray for me and mines. I didn't expect it but it was exactly what I needed. It allowed me to even be able to complete my order.
