The service was excellent and the flowers were so beautiful. I've ordered sympathy flowers from other florists before and the flowers have not always arrived as fresh as they could have been. However, Ava's Flowers were so gorgeous and exactly as shown in the picture and as the information given by customer service when I called with questions. One little thing though, you should require each customer service rep to repeat the order back (with spellings included). I had a rep who did not speak English so well; although, she was as nice, pleasant, and helpful as she could be. Sensing this, I asked her to repeat back and spell my email address. She did not have it wrong - but did correct it when I spelled it for her. When I got the email confirmation, my name and address were not correct. I contacted customer service again and they corrected those.

I placed the order between 0730 and 0800, and my Aunt Gloria was texting me between 1030 and 1100 with over joyed excitement. She was in awe of how beautiful the arrangement was. She sent a pic and it was gorgeous. Thank you for helping me make her birthday memorable. Bless you greatly. Concetta Brown

The flowers were received right on time, and were beautifully arranged. My 97 year old Aunt was very pleased. I am looking forward to ordering again next year; and hopefully a few more years after that.
