Only one issue was the 'driver instructions' not to deliver until after 4:00 PM, due to no one was going to be home. the flowers were delivered around 11 AM.. I called the shop and the flowers were retrieved and re-delivered at or just after 4 PM. the flowers were just as beautiful as the picture ............. thank you
