I'm away from my girlfriend at the moment and wanted to surprise her with flowers. I chose your company because of price relative to competitors. Once she saw them, she was ecstatic and very happy to have received them. I was also happy with the end result as well as she sent a picture to me for clarification. One note, however, is that I typed a message to be included into the card and I believed at the time that the message would be the only thing included in the card. However, the message was inserted into a "get well soon" greeting card which confused both me and her. Overall, a good experience, other than the card.

Wanted to thank you for the "complimentary" arrangement you sent today. I provided the wrong address on the original order (365531) with the flowers being sent to the next door neighbor. The flowers subsequently remained outside that night (totally my fault) and were in bad shape from the cold weather. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from my wife that a second delivery occurred today. My compliments to your company! It was a very magnanimous gesture on your part.
