It was joy from the moment you picked up the phone. I understood everything perfectly and the flowers sent out were lovely. The recepient loved them and told how beautiful they were. I received the bill or sale as well as the picture of what they looked like. Thank you so much for making my day.

I received a call from Avas telling me that the plant I ordered wasn't available, but was offered a couple of alternatives. I believe what my friends received was even nicer than my first choice! If I need a florist in this neighborhood again, I will certainly choose Avas.
