It was a perfect experience. I was calling from San Francisco area and had no idea of what type of plants were best suited for your climate. The total transaction took about five minutes. As usual, my niece has not responded which usually means everything was fine. She lets me know when there is a problem. Millennials!!

The woman who took my order, Estelle I think she called herself, was very bright and sweet. She did exactly as I asked to delay the delivery until I could get a phone number for the recipient..
