Thank you for taking care of the order professionally and beautifully. I live out of the country and my grandmother went into the hospital. Not being able to be there is difficult, but your website allowed me to order her a wonderful bouquet of flowers in less than 5 minutes. The email updates in the status gave me confidence everything's big was being handled, and my grandmother loved it. Thank you for helping make the distance a little less.

Sara thought her gift was beautiful. She especially liked the extra touches-- The bird on the plant and the seashells. She actually received a kalancho because the azalea was not available.

When my mom received your flowers she was completely overwhelmed. She called me right away and told me that they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received in her life. I have sent her flowers form other sources many times before but after this reaction, I think I will order with Avas again. She described some of the flowers and the colors and the flowers too me and had her husband take a picture so she could have it always. Thank you so much for working out the delivery time with me and thank you for all of your kindness.
