Even though the original flower arrangement I ordered for our daughter-in-law's graduation would not be available on the desired delivery day, Ava's called me promptly and agreed to provide a suitable arrangement with same day delivery. The pictures that my daughter-in-law sent to thank us showed a lovely arrangement and she was quite happy!
