This was a rare instance with very short turnaround. Pam was discharged much earlier than expected. Alex was very helpful...he couldn't get the flowers re-routed to her home, so he made sure the order was cancelled and my funds refunded. OUTSTANDING customer service. If and when the opportunity presents itself, I will definitely call upon you again for my floral needs. Thank you very much!

The centerpiece was very beautiful, my son's wife was exstreamly pleased with it for their holiday setting. The whole family commented about it. My wife and I were able to view it from our Skyping program with the family, of course we being in Oklahoma was sorry we could not join them for the holidays. Thank you for helping us help them decoriate. Happy New Year
