I am very pleased with my experience. Being out of state, I had to put my trust in you for this birthday surprise for my granddaughter. Everything was delivered as promised, and she thought the flowers were beautiful.

My girlfriend was thrilled with the flowers that you delivered for Valentine's Day. I was overseas on business and overwhelmed, so I didn't get a chance to order them until the day before, but AVAS' quality and rapid response made it seem as if I ordered them a month in advance. Thanks!

I would rate this florist five stars plus. Calling from New Jersey, I had to order a funeral wreath arrangement on short notice and had to have delivery within a matter of hours, to a funeral home in Chesapeake. The gentleman who assisted me over the phone, was so professional, helpful and so polite. He helped me choose the right arrangement and assured me that he would make and deliver a beautiful arrangement. That he did! A family member sent me a picture of a beautiful piece, with a thumbs up Emoji. I would highly recommend Ava’s Flowers. If I lived in that vicinity, Ava’s Flowers would definitely be our exclusive go to.
