Arrived on time—early in day ( expected later since ordered it night before her birthday). Flowers were as pictured—maybe a slightly small vase than expected for size/price of bouquet. There were several other flower options but seemed more expensive. Had code to get 20%off but with the handling fee —it kind of negated the discount—oh well!

Customer service was wonderful, and the lady in charge was very helpful. My daughter received the arrangement on her birthday. She texted me a photo and shared the photo on face book. The flowers were beautiful. Many thanks for a great experience - I will use you again.
