I called from Michigan to place my order. The employee who I spoke with was pleasant and listened to the kind of flowers I wanted to send to my daughter in Clarendon. The only Mistake was that her name was misspelled. It should have been Hayley not Haylly. He did ask me several times for the correct spelling so I thought we had it. Hayley sent me s picture of her flowers and they were beautiful. Thank you.

My daughter and family have resided in New Jersey for four years. I am not aware of florists in that area, however, I can count on your florist to deliver beautiful flowers when I order them. I have always been most satisfied as has the recipient. Thanks for your dependable service to someone many states away.

When you cold not deliver on Friday as requested, you called and asked if it could be delayed by a day. You had also checked with the hospital. Good customer service! Thank you.
