For online orders, I would suggest sending a photo of the actual floral arrangement delivered. I provides peace of mind to the sender that the recipient received what was intended.

The gentleman that took the order was very helpful. I appreciate the confirmation and delivery receipt. Being from out of town and unable to attend I wish there was a way you could have sent a picture of the arrangement with the delivery receipt. Thanks
