I ordered my gift online and specifically wanted it delivered the day before a special birthday. I received confirmation of the order I received confirmation of the delivery date in the future. My sister wasn’t home when it was delivered but when she called they came back out and delivered it to her so she did not have to go pick it up. Great service,communication and follow through.
