We ordered an arrangement to be delivered the next day, but your customer service contacted me with the news that delivery would be delayed one day. This was not a problem for us, so you not only gave us 10% off, but upgraded the arrangement! The flowers were delivered the next day and the recipients were very pleased. It was a beautiful arrangement of roses and the wonderful fragrance filled their home. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We will definitely use Avas flowers again!!

My daughter called and sent me a picture of the Artistry Tropical Bouquet. She and her husband absolutely loved it and couldn't thank us enough. People never know when they order something long distance whether or not they are getting something beautiful and unique.
