The entire experience was positive, and the recipient was pleased to receive the flowers -- EXCEPT ... I do object to your website posting a photo of a flower arrangement with a price ... and upon ordering, I learned that the photograph shown was for an arrangement that cost more. Most people who purchase flowers for a funeral never actually see what they've purchase. However, it seems like poor business practice to show a photograph of a certain flower arrangement on your website with a price -- but when I called to order that arrangement, I was told the price on the website was for a less deluxe arrangement than the one photographed, and it would be additional to get that particular arrangement. Since I CALLED to place the order, I was informed the arrangement shown on the website was not available at the price shown, but it doesn't seem like a very nice business practice. I suggest you either change the PRICE or change the PHOTO.
