We had waiting until the last minute about 9:30 pm the day before the anniversary. We quickly went to Avas Flowers' web site and appreciated the variety of flowers and prices. We thought we were too late but the one we chose was delivered the next day. We are so pleased, especially being 600 miles away from our loved one. Thank You!

My call was answered with cheerfulness and intelligence and let me tell you in this day and age that alone is a delightful surprise. I gave a special request for a cousin who is going thru cancer treatment, she said that this delivery made her smile and truly lifted her spirits. Was wonderful to give my name and card number and specifics to my order taker and he actually listened got it all correct first go round repeated the order to see if it was right and suggested a big beautiful bow for extra sass. Yeah for you all success of any business is always based on excellent customer service, you all will be there a long time. Thank you
