I really appreciated the patience of the associate I dealt with--- I was at work in a retail shop when I called, then all of a sudden it got busy and I had to put the call on hold while I helped a customer. But he waited and let me handle my job interaction, then resumed the call so I could complete the order without having to start all over with it. My daughter loved her orchid flower and that was the best part! Thank you for making her day!
