Your representative, Norma, was extremely helpful. She explained everything in detail, and assured me you had all of the flowers shown in the picture. I am always hesitant to order flowers on the internet, because I've had some really disappointing experiences. You never get to see the finished product, but Norma assured me it would be beautiful.
