On my initial call, after providing all the order details, the young lady taking my order put me on hold to check and see if there was a container that would be appropriate for a baby girls baptism. After a few moments I was disconnected. I called back and a young man finished my order. Both of the representatives were very nice and helpful. The recipient of the flowers said they were very nice and I appreciated the same day delivery as promised. Thank You all for making this an even more special day for our granddaughter!

I placed two orders with troys florist on two separate days and on both occasions they could not deliver and I had to cancel. Just wanted to tell you how pleased I was with my order! I was hesitant to order flowers through a company online as it is difficult to really know what the quality will be in the flowers that you send. My experiences have not always been very positive in the past with other companies. When I called Ava's flowers, the representative was very helpful and sensitive to my needs and to the situation at hand. She eased my mind about the order and the fact that all would be taken care of with my order. I ordered a large item and although I paid a lot for the arrangement, when I saw it, I was amazed at how beautiful and large the basket of plants and flowers turned out to be. With delivery, next day service, the stunning arrangement and even a hand written large card with condolences written for me, I thought that the price was a bargain.
