When I was in a pinch to send something to remember my deceased granddaughters birthday to her family, your company provided the perfect flower arrangement plus a box of chocolates for the family. They loved it and felt special . Your service was efficient and the product was as described. Thank you for being so efficient! The only thing that I would recommend is that you include the "service fee" in the actual cost of the item.
