You have an extremely well organized ordering process. And very polite. There was a mistake in my card. Because of the email you sent, I was able to get it corrected right off. Everyone at the Artingers was thrilled with the flowers and impressed with how beautiful they were. You helped so many people send Happy Thanksgiving wishes. I appreciate all of the patience and assistance provided by Ernest. This was a very difficult order as it was for the funeral of an assistant deputy sheriff who tragically drowned at the age of 30; his mother is on my staff.. So very sad and I thank Ernest for the sensitivity with which he helped through the wording of the card for the spray. Also, it was delivered on time even though it was called in the day before...Ernest made sure that would happen for me. Thank you.
