Dear Avas, I just got word from the friend who is recovering from a rather nasty operation, and who received the card, balloon, flowers and chocolates today, exactly when I needed her to get them. Actually, all I got was a muffled noise that I think was someone stuffing their face with the chocolates and trying to say "thank you" at the same time. Close enough :-) So thank *you* for processing the order in an efficient, timely and appropriate manner, which made someone very very happy. Regards Gillian
