Your customer service representative was very helpful when I placed my order. She was very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the basket that was sent. Both plants looked very healthy. This was my first experience with Ava’s Flowers and will definitely use you again.

I was disappointed my first choice was unavailable despite the webpage saying there were 2 left. The recipient said the arrangement delivered was beautiful so I guess the florist did a good job after all. One never knows. Thank you!

Overall my phone ordering experience was good. I appreciated the rep spelling everything back to me -- although there was 1 type on the recipient's last name. He was very helpful in finding me a discount when I requested it. I would use this florist again.

I had a a really good experience with your florist. Christina received her flowers on time and sent me a photograph and they look just like the picture on your order form. I will definitely plan ahead next time so I don't have to be concerned about the flowers being delivered on time -- that was a worry but it wasn't your fault, I just waited until the last minute! Thank you and I will use your services again.

I live in Texas and when my Aunt passed away in Riverton Utah, I ordered flowers based on reviews. I was not able to attend the funeral but family that was there said the flowers were beautiful. Very positive feedback. I highly recommend this business. It's especially difficult to order flowers from another state. This was a very positive experience.
