The operator who took my order was very helpful. Only difficult experience I faced when I was trying to order on line as it won't accept my UK bank card. I think if this is sorted then your site is good with lots of choice with good prices. Thanks.

This was the first time we used Avas Flowers and I have to say everything was great. From the ease of placing the order on line, to the delivery. I wish to thank the customer service assistant as well who handled my call when I had a question concerning my order. He was very professional and pleasant when discussing my concerns. I also was impressed how quickly we were provided the confirmation of our order along with the email notification that they had been delivered. In fact not 2 minutes, from the time I received an email thank you from the recipient, I also received an email confirmation from Avas Flowers advising the flowers had been delivered. Now that is customer service!! This morning I was told by the recipient that the flowers were beautiful and, after seeing a picture of it that they had taken, I agreed. We will use Avas Flowers again for future orders. Thanks!!
