The customer service rep that I spoke with was very helpful in guiding me through the process of ordering. He also made sure I was aware that I would receive notifications of the order receipt as well as upon delivery. The plant was delivered as promised with no issues.

My experience with Ava's Flowers was wonderful! I had to change the delivery destination at the last minute and the customer service I received was exceptional. The customer service representative was friendly, understanding and extremely helpful. She made the changes necessary to get my delivery to my parents in time for their 50th anniversary. Thank you!
