I ordered delivery by 11am, but it was delivered later and I did not get notification of when expected delivery time would be. Would be better if I got an update in advance to say that delivery would be later and when the estimated time of delivery would be.

I live out of state and a very close friend was devestated by her friends death. I wasn't able to fly down to be near during the funeral, but I knew both ladies liked flowers. You were able to put a basket together of jen's favorite purple flowers and it was delivered that same day. Trish said they were 'beautiful, fragrant, and the most sassy - just like jen' you were instrumental in making her smile on a terrible day. Thank you.
