I truly appreciate the fast response time from the time of order to the time of delivery. However I was a little upset that I wanted a certain price range and was told that there was nothing in that price range. I had to go a little higher than what I had wanted to spend. All in all it was a good experience using Avas Flowers.

I was empressed by your choice of flowers with the planter I ordered. It looked better than the picture online!! You took time to call about what I had written on the on my card and the email to let me know it was delivered and even the exact time!

Devi was very happy with the flowers. I had ordered a certain item, but was later called and asked if they could create the boquet. They then called Devi to see what she would like. She was SOOOO happy to be able to pick some of the flowers. Connie

I'm not sure of anything that could be done better. I ordered on-line by browsing a variety of florists in Santa Fe (I'm from Grand Rapids, MI). Your site was clean and impressive, and I liked the sound of a 'family' business. My order was delivered precisely as I requested, and the recipient made a special phone call to tell me how beautiful it was and how much it was appreciated. Thank you for your service.
