flowers for the family of a very short life of a baby is difficult one. My boss's daughter and family were the recipients of them. Since I ordered from Toronto, Canada and they were in Montgomery Texas, I waited for their return home to see how they were received. Beautiful and tastefully done. The grandchildren will cherish the teddy bear in remembrance of the lost child. thanks for the great service. I do believe your shop was used for many of the funeral arrangement flowers. We ordered flowers for our daughter late in the evening and were told the flowers could not be delivered until the next day. But we had a concern after they were delivered because the note did not indicate who sent the flowers. I called and talked to a gentleman who asked for our daughters' phone # and he promptly phoned her to say who sent the flowers and to apologize for those names being left off the note. Since that correction was made very promptly (while I was on another line) I am now happy with my order. I was also offered $15 towards my next order but I stated I wasn't concerned about the dollars but about my daughter knowing who sent the flowers for her birthday. Your representative acted very responsibility and handled the situation real time.
