I was worried when I was trying to order my order online - but all of my fears went away and I clad the store. I had a wonderful experience - and was ready to go back online - when the nice song man said I can do it all for you now. He did - and my daughter in law had her flowers in a few hurs- and I could and she could have not been any happier.

Recipient said thank you for her flowers, but was not overly enthusiastic. Hum. I would like to suggest something that my local florist has been doing for several years... Rather than just sending the Web site picture again, send a picture of the ACTUAL arrangement prior to delivery. That gives me, your client, knowledge that the recipient of my floral tribute is getting EXACTLY what I ordered was prepared & delivered.
