Not only were the flowers beautiful, but I learned that the recipient was going to be leaving work early the day of delivery and was scared that she would be gone when the delivery arrived. I contacted customer service and requested that the delivery be made before 3:30pm if at all possible and they were able to make it happen. She was there and surprised by the flowers. Thank you for making her birthday a great one!

We called Ava's at about 10 driving in for a funeral service at 2...very little time....and unable to pull up website...The gentleman who took my call...advised of arrangements...chose the arrangement (my request) for us....it was beautiful and arrived in plenty of time.
