I believe that Cynthia helped me with the order, and she was very proficient and kind. She repeated what I requested, repeated spellings of our names, and quoted the prices as we went along before asking for the credit card number. I feel our order will be beautiful for my Uncle Kenneth's funeral. Thank you!
