Order process was misleading - there was a coupon offer and free shipping which made me feel like I was getting a good price only to see a $17 "service fee" at the end which negated all good feelings. Delivery was great through, Chelsea knew the area and called with a potential roadblock before even trying to deliver. That was great communication.

Thank you so much for your timely delivery, the Orchids were so beautiful & were loved by my dear friends who lost their beautiful daughter Dawn in a tragic accident. White Orchids were one of Dawn's favorite flowers....Again, thank you so much. It was the first thing her Mother and Father received this morning on the day of her Memorial Service, and helped brighten their day somewhat.
