While the flowers were not delivered when I asked, I was called and texted to discuss this. There were also email updates. Therefore, customer service is excellent. And I understand that delivering around Christmas is challenging. Also, the arrangement I wanted (Christmas tree) was no longer appropriate when delivered after Christmas, so then there were different flowers than I ordered. Again, I was told about this on the phone. Customer service excellent, flower logistics, not so much. I will still use you as I have had HORRIBLE experiences with FTD.

We were not able to attend the funeral since it was to long a distance for us to travel. With that in mind, our daughter called to tell us how absolutely beautiful the arrangement was. I would highly recommend you to others in the area and also if needed, use your florist again in the future. Have a wonderful day!!!! Pat
